Project Overview:

For this project, Green Attic Roofing provided a comprehensive shingle replacement for Mr. Thomas's property in Villa Park. Our team began by conducting a thorough inspection of the existing roof to assess the extent of damage and identify areas requiring attention. We then removed the old shingles and underlayment, ensuring a clean and prepared surface for the new roofing materials.

To enhance protection and durability, we installed an ice and water shield beneath the shingles, providing a barrier against ice dams and water infiltration. We also replaced the roof vents and drip edges to improve ventilation and drainage, preventing moisture buildup and potential damage. Additionally, we addressed the garage roof as part of an addendum to the main project, ensuring consistent coverage and protection for the entire property.

To ensure a long-lasting and visually appealing result, we selected Timberline HDZ shingles in Pewter Gray. These shingles are renowned for their durability, aesthetic appeal, and excellent performance, making them a popular choice among homeowners in the area. Our skilled craftsmen installed the shingles with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and watertight roof.
